NooPZ Auto Market ("NooPZ", "we", "us") is a Nigerian marketplace that helps dealers list vehicles, equipment, and general goods, and enables marketing staff to earn commissions. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using NooPZ, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored encrypted).
  • Dealer information: business name, CAC registration number, address, city, state, logo, and contact numbers.
  • Listing content: titles, descriptions, images, videos, prices, and item specifications you publish.
  • Marketing staff data: full name, contact details, social media profile links, and referral codes.
  • Activity data: listings viewed, searches saved, price alerts set, messages sent, and appointment requests.
  • Payment data: subscription plan, payment method, and transaction references (we do not store full card details — Paystack and Stripe handle these securely).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account, and to verify dealers and marketing staff.
  • To display your listings and enable communication between buyers and sellers.
  • To process subscription payments, issue receipts, and manage renewals.
  • To calculate and pay marketing commissions and referral incentives.
  • To send service notifications, expiry reminders, and performance summaries.
  • To improve the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with Nigerian regulations.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Public listing details (title, price, images, dealer name, and contact) are visible to all users of NooPZ.
  • Payment processors: Paystack and Stripe, to complete transactions securely.
  • Communication tools: SMS (Termii), email, and Slack, to deliver notifications and alerts.
  • Government or law enforcement agencies, where required by Nigerian law.
  • We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies & Tracking

  • We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how the app is used so we can improve it.

5. Data Security

  • NooPZ is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
  • If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us so we can remove the account.
