Your step-by-step guide to registering dealers, earning incentives, and building lasting dealer relationships.
Your Role
As a NooPZ marketing team member, your job is to sign up new dealers, help them list their inventory, and keep them active on the platform month after month.
Your Marketer Code
You'll be assigned a unique marketer code (e.g. MKT-001). This code must be attached to every dealer you register — it's how the system tracks your signups and calculates your incentives.
Dealer Retention
Your income grows with every dealer you retain. Use the weekly follow-up system to check in, solve problems, and keep dealers active on the platform.

Monthly Plan example: 10 active dealers = ₦50,000 signup bonuses + ₦50,000/month retention = ₦100,000+ monthly recurring income.
Pay-on-Sale example: A ₦2.2m Camry sells — NooPZ collects ₦66,000 (3%), you earn ₦6,600 commission + ₦5,000 bonus = ₦11,600. A ₦15m Tucson — you earn ₦45,000.
Step-by-Step: Registering a Dealer
Step 1: Register the Dealer
Create a dealer account on behalf of your prospect. Use the registration page to enter the dealer's business name, phone number, WhatsApp, and CAC details.
- Go to the Register page and sign up the dealer with their business email
- Complete the Dealer Profile form with accurate business information
- Upload the dealer's logo for a professional listing appearance
Step 2: Use Your Referral Link
Send the dealer your personal NooPZ referral link and have them sign up through it. Your marketer code is attached automatically, and it stays on the dealer even during the 14-day free trial.
- Get your link from My Marketer Dashboard
- Your bonus fires when the dealer picks a paid plan after the trial, or when their first Pay-on-Sale commission is paid
- Fallback: if the dealer registered without your link, enter your name and code (e.g. MKT-002) in Dealer Profile → Referral Information
Step 3: Create the First Listing
Help the dealer create their first vehicle or equipment listing. Guide them to the 'Create Listing' page and assist with photos, pricing, and specifications.
- Navigate to Dashboard → Create Listing
- Fill in category, make, model, year, price, and condition
- Upload up to 12 quality photos and add a detailed description
Step 4: Activate the Subscription
Once the listing is created, the dealer will be prompted to select a subscription plan (Basic, Pro, or Premium) and complete payment via Paystack or bank transfer.
- Help the dealer choose the right plan for their needs
- Payment can be made via card (Paystack) or bank transfer
- Once payment is verified by admin, your signup bonus is triggered
Step 5: Earn Your ₦5,000 Signup Bonus
The moment the dealer's subscription payment is verified, a ₦5,000 signup bonus is automatically credited to your incentive account. No action needed — it's instant.
- Signup bonus fires automatically when payment status becomes 'verified'
- Check your incentives in the Dashboard → Incentives & Follow-Ups page
- Admin will mark the payout as paid when processing payroll
Step 6: Earn Monthly Retention Bonus
As long as the dealer's subscription stays active, you earn an additional ₦5,000 every month. The system generates this automatically on the 1st of each month.

Step 7: Conduct Weekly Follow-Ups
Every Monday, the system generates follow-up tasks for your assigned dealers. Contact them via call, WhatsApp, or visit to ensure they're happy and their listings are active.
- Check Dashboard → Incentives & Follow-Ups → Follow-Ups tab
- Contact each dealer and mark the follow-up as completed with an outcome
- High-priority follow-ups are flagged for dealers with no active listings
